Subsequently, all items are expertly packaged and secured within shipping envelopes, ready for their journey to you.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a secondary shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. If you encounter any difficulties in receiving this email, we recommend checking your spam folder or contacting our attentive customer support team at info@oxytake.com.

Please be aware that certain orders may necessitate additional information from our shipping team, particularly concerning address details or payment confirmation. It's important to ensure the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. Oxytake is not responsible for errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. If a courier cannot deliver your package because of an address issue, the responsibility and any associated costs fall to you. Please verify your details carefully to avoid delivery issues. For address corrections, contact our customer support immediately and it must be within one hour after placing an order.

DELAYED PACKAGE:

We take great pride in our partnerships with trusted carriers and our commitment to delivering packages within the specified time frame. However, we must emphasize that we cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, incorrect address information, or carrier-related issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed over to the courier, Oxytake is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at info@oxytake.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

Most courier companies have a process for investigating lost or stolen packages, and we will work with them on your behalf to provide updates. Please note that these situations are not covered under our refund policy. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
